Knives is an alleged member of the Royalist Syndicate faction who, from reports, serves in a multitude of roles, but most often can be seen acting as enforcer or mediary for the Syndicate. While evidence exists implying some degree of influence and involvement with all organization activities, Knives’ name has mainly been connected to a long series of open violent conflicts, disappearances, murders, and questionable deaths. The legitimacy of such claims are in question however, as some would involve events and people which predate the formation of the Syndicate and even the founding of the nation of Ul’dah itself.

APPEARANCE:

Like many of his Roegadyn kin Knives possesses a large and powerful frame that naturally lends itself to an imposing disposition. Unlike his other kinsmen Knives' physique is leaned and toned, hinting at a form crafted for purpose, and efficiency, over bulk. A lightness to his movements suggest some degree of agility and speed.Several scars can be seen across his body including chest, arms, legs, and a distinct set of scars across his left eye.Knives also possess an extra set of canine teeth which gives his trademark smirk an animalistic quality. When questioned on this irregularity he simply replies, "It's a family trait.", but denies it being anything other than a physical abnormality.His upper body is heavily tattooed in what seem like ordinary tribal markings at first glance. On closer inspection it's clear a significant amount of effort and artistry were invested in the tattoos as within the markings themselves are further designs and embedded patterns. No word on the meaning or significance of these tattoos, but initial assumptions point to something Syndicate related.
